Hi folks! This is Sarah Dahlinger from mindbodyartist.com and I want to explain what
Mind. Body. Artist. is.
Mind. Body. Artist. is a lifestyle blog that helps creatives live more healthy and productive lives.
My co-host, Sarah Forde, and I are going to be sharing a bunch of tips and tricks on a wide range of topics we’ve discovered over the years as we’ve navigated our very different art careers.
I, personally, have come back from significant injury, which you can read on the Meet Sarah Dahlinger post, so I’ll also be sharing everything I learned from that ordeal as well.
Mind. Body. Artist. Will be operating on a “don’t let perfect be the enemy of good” model. This means the audio will have limited editing and somethings might be a bit rough around the edges to start. Thanks for your patience as we put this together with limited resources.
New content will be posted on the 1st and 15th of each month and we are going to try to alternate mind, body, mind, and so on. All of our recordings and posts will have the artist in mind.
You’re very welcome to leave comments and suggestions at the end of each post and we ask that you be excellent to each other.
