I was poking around on the the internet and found this quote one day.

“You will fall. And when you fall, the winner always gets up, and the loser stays down.”

-Arnold Schwarzenegger

I was thinking about this today and realized something that may be of use for other people.

I often wish that after I had my really bad bought with anxiety and all my injuries that I'd done it better - gotten up sooner, been smarter, whatever

But then I realized that I did, in fact, "get back up".

This made me realize that there is no time limit for getting back up. It took me a few years, might take you a few days, weeks, months, years, decades.

This means that you can start getting back up today, or tomorrow, or whenever your ready. However, you always have the choice to start to get back up.

And that is powerful.

Best of luck!

❤️
