Lavish Bread Mini Wraps

Lavish bread mini wraps are the best!

I use the flax, oat bran, and whole wheat ones. They were my covid times savior when I didn’t have the spoons to make larger meals.

All these little wraps are super easy to make and very tasty. You can dress them up in whatever way you like from healthy lunch to delicious desert. They definitely meets our standard.

I lived off these during covid times, and still enjoy at least one a day.

Included in the video are four kinds:

Chicken, Hummus, and Veggie (Small meal)
4-5 oz of pre-cooked, chopped chicken, about 1-2 inch pieces
• 2 tablespoons of flavored hummus (I like roasted red pepper or garlic lovers)
Any veggies you want. (It’s 100% worth it to chop your veggies up on Sunday and store them)

Veggie burger, Hummus, Cheese and Lettuce (Small meal)
cook up a veggie burger chopped into strips OR 1/2 cup of cooked ground burger
• 2 tablespoons of flavored hummus (I like roasted red pepper or garlic lovers)
• slice of cheese
• Lettuce and pickles or any veggies you want. (It’s 100% worth it to chop your veggies up on Sunday and store them)

Peanut Butter and Strawberries (Snack)
1 tablespoon of peanut butter
• 2-3 sliced fresh strawberries
(seriously try this. It’s my
favorite.)

Banana and Chocolate Sauce (Treat)
1 tablespoon of chocolate sauce
• 1/2 a banana
(freeze the other 1/2 of the banana for a smoothie later on)

Things of note:
1) You can live off just these. I certainly have. You’ll need one every 2-3 hours. Aim for as many meals you need, with one snack, and one treat.

2) If you’re planning on living off these, which is a great option for weeks with lots of art and deadlines, mix up your protein sources and veggies. Don’t JUST eat chicken or JUST eat tofu. For veggies, try to eat the rainbow, different colors often mean different vitamins.
